Lessons

Individual instruction is offered on stringed instruments, woodwinds, brass, guitar, voice, harp, and piano.

Beginners, resumers, intermediate and advanced students, children and adults, are welcomed by our experienced staff.

Registration

Fill out the registration form (you can print it out here or get one from your teacher) to sign up for lessons and apply for scholarship assistance, and to receive announcements of Conservatory events.

Classes are offered in drama to youth age 7-18 years. Contact the instructor, Lydia Randall for information about upcoming drama opportunities.

Choirs and Vocal Ensembles are taught by Conservatory Director Sharyn Peterson. Contact her at for information.

The Conservatory offers orchestras for youth age 6-21 in Mt Vernon and Bellingham. Sinfonettes are open to any child with one year musical instruction. The Junior Symphonies are designed for musicians with a minimum of two years of experience, and the Youth Symphonies consist of the most experienced players.
